About Us
We are in the very back of the city, yet we are in the very back of nature.
This was our favorite quote when we founded the restaurant behind the island, and now we've created a small space in this place we love, hoping to share our daily life behind the island with you through this space.
There are still several old stone houses in the hot spring village, but most of them are now used as warehouses or abandoned. We hope that more people can see this traditional architecture of the green island.
Because it is located in a relatively remote village, we have prepared simple food and drinks. We have also carefully selected the toiletries and hair dryers, hoping that every traveler can be well taken care of after being cleansed by the sea breeze of the island.
On the second floor, we specially placed a soft sofa and set up a hammock in a corner with a sea view. In this corner, you can lie in the hammock and chat with friends in the living room, or you can gaze at the sea outside the window and daydream.
The sleeping area features Japanese-style tatami mats, and the mattresses are from the Taiwanese brand Mian Doufu's cotton bean skin series, hoping that every guest can sleep soundly until dawn after playing.
Coral stone is actually coral stone. In the early days, the inhabitants of Green Island lacked resources. They carried the building materials given to them by the emperor from the sea to the shore piece by piece, and then built their own homes to shelter them from the wind and rain.
The cut-open walls reveal the arduous journey of the early inhabitants, and it is here that we begin to create our own story, and yours too.
